Terms and conditions of rental
Our tariffs are for a period of one week (7 nights) and for one apartment. If the holiday is for a period of more than one week, then all you need to do is add the number of extra nights that you wish to stay for. Tourist tax: additional 0.40 euro per day and per person. Deposit : 25% deposit must be paid with your booking, and the outstanding amount shall be paid on arrival. All bookings must be made for a precise amount of people. Accepted payment methods: Paypal,cash, cheques, credit card, holiday vouchers, travellers’ cheques, bank transfer, cash mandates.
